Standard & Fancy Goldfish

We often have standard and fancy goldfish available for adoption.  Like all goldfish, they will need at least a 100 litre aquarium for two goldfish, and 60 litres extra per goldfish. Goldfish should never be kept alone as they are a highly social species!

The ideal environment for standard goldfish would be a pond with lots of other fish however, they must be kept in a large tank indoors until it is warmer outside. Introducing them when it is too cold outside might send them in to shock!

For our fancy Goldfish, we would recommend a large indoor aqaurium. 

Please ensure you have researched the correct set up for new potential fish and make sure your tank is cycled! Before adopting fish out we will ask to see a photograph of the aquarium and may ask for a water sample. 

The adoption fee per goldfish is €6 which will be donated to one of our charities or to our rescue vet fund in Raheny Vet Clinic.

Hi, My name is Jupiter and I am a 2 year old Axolotl

Meet Jupiter, a 2 year old Axolotl. Jupiter is a Gold Morph Axolotl, meaning their colouration is a lovely gold / Pink Colour!

Jupiter was brought to the store when their previous family could no longer care for them. It is clear that they were very loved by their previous home, as they are in fantastic health.

We are looking for a 5 star home for Jupiter. They will require a completely cycled aquarium that is a minimum of 100L. If you already have a tank, we will require photos and a water sample before they can go home. If you do not have a tank, full set ups are available.

Hi, My name is Nova and I am a rescue Leopard Gecko

Nova arrived to us after she was surrendered to a local animal rescue. Her previous home no longer wanted her as a pet and left her abruptly. She is now in store and finding her feet again. Unfortunately, she is showingsome health issues that we are monitoring closely. We have her on a strict supplement schedule and under UVB lighting so we are hopeful she will not progress further.

Nova is looking for a home where she will get the love she deserves. She will need an enclosure kitted out with UVB, heating and décor. If you already have an enclosure, please forward us on pictures when applying.

Hi, My name is Poppy and I am a rescue Russian Dwarf Hybrid Hamster

Poppy came to us surrendered with her siblings and parents. When she arrived to the store, we allowed her some time to settle in and adjust to her new surroundings. Poppy has taken some work to get to the stage we are at with her now. She is still a little nervous and the shyest out of her litter. We believe that once she is settled into her forever home and has a family who understands she will need some time, she will make a great pet.

Poppy will need an enclosure with a minimum floorspace of 100 x 50cm filled with hamster safe accessories and enrichment.

Hi, My name is Pancake and I am a rescue Russian Dwarf Hybrid Hamster

Pancake came to us surrendered with their siblings after they had been bought from a website online without consent from parents. They, and their siblings were very curiously and friendly from the get-go. They have settled in really well to the store and are enjoying learning how to be a hamster. Pancake has the sweetest personality and has perfected the side eye (as seen in their pictures on social media).

Pancake will need an enclosure with a minimum floorspace of 100 x 50cm filled with hamster safe accessories and enrichment.
