Our Animal Purchase Policy

Shauna’s Petshop, 5 Capel Street, Dublin 1

We offer well-being guarantees on all pets purchased in our store. This extends to 7 days for small animals, birds and reptiles, and 24 hours for fish. If an issue isn’t brought to our attention within this timeframe we are no longer liable. All pets are sold in good faith that appropriate care will be taken to ensure the on-going well-being of your new pet and all returns are subject to inspections.

We do not take back animals for any reason other than stated above. So please take this into consideration.

We will guide you through all aspects of care but please do your own research as well.

If you are living in rented accommodation make sure you have your landlord’s permission to keep pets before you purchase.

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase an animal.You may be asked to provide proof of age.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Proof of purchase is necessary for all returns. Please retain your receipts.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
